Our one day coaching opportunity is unique, offering a platform for you to explore your thoughts and blockages with an expert and gain clarity and direction on a particular issue you have.*

HOW LONG SHOULD I WORK WITH A COACH?
We recommend that you work with a personal life coach for a minimum of one year. This ensures you build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks that are holding you back. While this comes as a high recommendation, each person has unique needs, and our services are intentionally designed to support them.
HOW DOES PERSONAL COACHING WORK?
All life coaching programs start with a complimentary 60-minute strategy session where you identify barriers and set challenging goals. You will then go through the following steps with your life coach.
Step 1: Identify limiting beliefs
During the first few months of working with your life coach, you will identify beliefs that are holding you back from unlocking an extraordinary life. You must first become aware of these beliefs before you can even begin tackling goals in your career, relationship or health. Life is an inside job so we must first address the inner work needed in order to understand your habits and yourself.
Step 2: Tools
Phase two is implementing learned practices that will begin offering more uplifting and fulfilling outcomes. You'll be provided resources and tools along the way as we add a few more sprint goals.
Step 3: Implement habits to achieve goals
Turning practices to habit is a skillset- one we look forward to supporting you to achieve! Our main goal is for you to be empowered and in charge of your life...equipped with the mindset, practices and tools to effortlessly flow in this world. In this phase, we also share time management practices so you'll squeeze the most joy out of each day.
Life Coach vs. Therapist
Life coaching and therapy are uniquely different; however, a very common misconception about life coaching is that it is therapy in disguise. Life coaching is designed to support high achievers in meeting the outcomes that will bring them success and fulfillment, in any and all areas of life. Here are some of the differences between life coaching and therapy, and a basic guide for when each service is appropriate.
Therapy, also called counseling or psychotherapy, is a process of meeting with a therapist and/or healthcare professional to resolve problematic behaviors, feelings, beliefs, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body). The idea behind therapy is to focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. In this sense, therapy focuses on the past and on introspection and analysis, with the hope of resolving past issues and creating a happier, more stable future.
What does a life coach do? The difference between a life coach and therapist is that a life coach sets clients up with a process that may be long or short-term, instead of regular sessions. In life coaching, a client works with a coach, who is not a healthcare professional, in order to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors in order to create action plans to achieve desired results. The process of life coaching takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward. A life coach enables the person receiving treatment to take control of their life and take action to steer it toward their goals.
